Video is a very EMOTIONAL way to sell a property.  It makes a property or anything for that matter seem DYNAMIC.

Quite the VALUE Proposition for the right property and CLIENT.

When I shoot a VIDEO I work to show the whole SCOPE of the property from wide vistas to fine DETAILS.

The example videos were for REALTORS who wanted to SHOWCASE the outside of the property.

The BOTTOM VIDEO is a concept that I call a DYNAMIC SLIDE SHOW.  Its shows the property in a quick detailed fashion.
